Morello Avenue Sidewalk Gap Closure Project

In general, the work includes the demolition of existing improvements and construction of new concrete improvements at two locations along Morello Avenue in the City of Martinez. The work includes, but is not limited to the following:

Demolition and disposal of existing improvements including clearing and grubbing and removal of AC roadway and driveway surfacing; construction of improvements including curb and gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, driveway aprons; placing aggregate base fill; constructing hot mix asphalt conforms, adjusting utility covers to finish grade, placing thermoplastic pavement striping and markings, and removing and resetting sign and post and mailbox and all appurtenant work required to complete the project in accordance with the project’s plans and specifications.

The Engineer’s Estimate for the Base Bid is $349,000
